Band, The Vines and Wolfmother remain steady for a concert in Jakarta, although it has been banned from Australian health experts. As a result both the band was sued.
In Britain, anti-smoking group Ash Wales asked the band from Wales, Stereophonic, to withdraw from the concert.
In the last two years, musicians from America, Alicia Keys and Kelly Clarkson, refused to sponsor a concert in Indonesia with cigarettes. The sponsors had retreated and the concert can still take place. But not a few foreign musicians also a concert in Indonesia with cigarette manufacturers as the main sponsor. Call it a seasoned guitarist Slash.
