Android Apk Download - Internal row in the National Police Force has stepped-up to a more open confrontation on Monday (12/4) as internal affairs unit arrested ex-chief of the Investigation and Crime Unit Commissioner General Susno Duadji when the three starred general tried to leave the country for Singapore.
Police sent several officers to intercept Comm. Gen. Susno Duadji at Soekarno-Hatta Airport where he was about to board a flight to Singapore without any of his lawyers.
Susno has been listed as one of the officers under investigation in the tax fraud case he leaked to the public last month. He accused two senior officers and two middle rank officers of involved in the case, sparking outrage in the force who immediately covered the officers and put forward a civilian suspect in the case, a tax official named Gayus Tambunan.
One of the defense lawyer for Com. Gen. Susno Duadji Husni maderi said “Mr. Susno was going to seek medical check for his eyes in Singapore.”
Susno reportedly resisted the arrest and remained at the airport's police station.
Comm. Gen. Susno told a press conference last month that some officers which he referred to by their initials have provided legal protections for tax evaders and fraudulent tax official, following his removal from the top post of the Investigation and Crime Unit due to his involvement in the Bank Century bail out scandal.
